How do I access Logic54?
To access Logic54 click the Sign In Link on the main menu of our website. Enter your username and password and click OK. That's it! You'll be taken to your Logic54 dashboard. You can do this on any computer, tablet, or mobile device with an internet connection.
What browser should I use for Logic54?
We recommend using Google Chrome or Safari to access Logic54.
How long does it take for my account to be activated?
Accounts are activated within 24 hours, although most times they are ready to go within an hour or two.
How can I learn to use Logic54?
Start by having a quick read of our Getting Started Article. Then, just jump in and start using it. We have designed Logic54 for ease-of-use for our customers. It is designed to work for your workflows, and your everyday needs. So start entering information into Logic54, and it's use will be clear. If you need additional assistance, we will be happy to schedule a live demonstration and walk-through of Logic54.
Do you have any tips for entering data?
If you have a lot of data to enter, we recommend contacting us so we can import it for you. If you're manually entering data, the best place to start is by entering your districts. Then move on to your employees and vehicles. Once that is complete, you can focus on routes and students. Entering information in this order allows you to see the system working for you immediately.
Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?
No, Logic54 is a pay as you go service. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime you like. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month but you won't be billed again.
How often will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once a month, on the anniversary date of your subscription. For example, if you sign up on June 3rd, your card will be charged again on July 3rd.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Just send us a support ticket and a representative will take care of canceling your subscription.
If I cancel my subscription, will I lose all of my data?
When we receive a notice of cancelation, we can provide an export of your data in Microsoft Excel or CSV format before closing your account. Once your account is closed you will no longer have access to Logic54.
