Entering and Importing Data

There is often a lot of data to be entered associated with transportation systems. The easiest way to enter this data is to have us import it for you. However, many users prefer to manually enter their data. The tips below will help you understand the best way to get all of your data into Logic54.

Importing Data:
Data can be imported into Logic54 using standard Excel or CSV spreadsheets. If your data is coming from a legacy software, student information system, or spreadsheets the process is straightforward. If your data is not digitized or is in Microsoft Word, PDF or other formats we will need to digitize and/or standardize your data before importing.  Please contact us to begin the data import process.

Manually Entering Data:
We recommend entering data in the order listed below. Entering information in this order will speed up the process considerably and allow you to see Logic54 working for you immediately.

  1.  Employees
  2. Vehicles
  3. Schools
  4. Build Routes with Students on them
  5. Create Schedules
