1. INTRODUCTION 

This Privacy Policy is provided by Logic 54 LLC (“Logic54,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We have adopted this Privacy Policy to memorialize our data collection and disclosure practices for our online service (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy applies to anyone using our Service, and to information provided to us via the Service by customers and users of the Service (“users,” “you” or “your”). However, it does not apply to information collected from our employees, contractors or vendors, or via any hard copy communications. 

By using our Service, you consent to this Privacy Policy, and you consent to the capture, storage, transfer, use and processing of your Personal Information (as defined below) within and between the United States and any other jurisdictions anywhere in the world in which we, you, our users, or our agents for the Service are located now or at any time in the future, with the understanding that the data protection and other laws in some countries and jurisdictions are not as comprehensive or stringent as the privacy laws in other countries and jurisdictions (such as the laws of the European Union). You agree that all transactions relating to our Service shall be deemed to have occurred in the United States, where we currently have all of our personnel, operations and servers. 

2. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We try to limit collection of Personal Information to the extent reasonably required to provide the Services. When we use the term “Personal Information,” we mean information that can be used to identify an individual and may include, without limitation, a person’s first initial or first name, last name, password, street address, electronic mail address, and other information, each by itself or coupled with any information submitted through or in connection with the Service. 

Personal Information may also include information about administrators, users, drivers and students submitted through the Service. 

Logic54 may also collect “Non-Personal Information,” which means information that is not Personal Information. Non-Personal Information may include aggregated and anonymized information derived from a person’s Personal Information or the behavior of a person using the Service. Non-Personal Information may also include bus routes (exclusive of street addresses of stops), best practices for scheduling routes and travel times. 

3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Logic54 uses Personal Information to assist us in setting up users and accounts; improving online operations; collecting information, data and feedback; processing transactions; sending you information about the Services; providing customer service;
and publicly displaying Personal Information you choose to make available for public consumption. 

We may store your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information on a third party server, and we may use a third party analytics tool to learn how you are using the Services, and how we can improve that experience. Logic54 is not responsible for how you use your Personal Information. 

4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Logic54 is in the business of processing data you provide to us. Logic54 will share the information you provide, including Personal Information with others in order to provide you with the Services. This includes without limitation that you and each user consents to Logic54 collecting, processing, storing, combining with other information, sharing and transferring any and all Personal Information and Non-Personal Information with third parties elsewhere in the world. 

We may also disclose your Personal Information to third parties to:
comply with the law or legal process (e.g., to respond to a legal authority, such as a police department or regulatory authority); protect or defend our rights or property, or the rights or property of others (e.g., to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud or security issues that may arise); or enforce our Terms of Use. Logic54 also reserves the right to transfer information (including your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information) to a third party in the event of a reorganization, spin-out, sale, merger, or transfer of some or all of the assets of our company, or in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy, liquidation or receivership of our business. 

5. ACCESSING AND UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you use our Service, we make good faith efforts to respond to reasonable requests to provide you with access to your Personal Information and either to update or correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. Please e- mail us at support@Logic54.com or contact us at the address stated below with any questions or if you would like to have your Personal Information deleted from our servers. Please note that if you request that we delete your Personal Information, we may retain certain information, including your Personal Information, to satisfy our legal, audit and/or dispute resolution requirements, and that we may retain your Non-Personal information indefinitely. 

6. COOKIES AND AUTOMATIC INFORMATION GATHERING TECHNOLOGIES
We may track some or all use data and other Non-Personal Information generated by use of our Services.
We may also use session and login cookies and other similar technologies, which help us keep track of when a person is logged in and determine the content or sites users link to, and which Services people use. We may also capture login timestamps, and usage statistics, as well as IP addresses where applicable. We use the Non-Personal Information we collect to perform statistical analyses of the collective behavior of our users for sharing with Sponsors and third parties, and to analyze how to improve our Service. 

7. CHILDREN
While we often collect information about children less than 13 years of age, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children less than 13 years of age. Nor do we authorize children less than 13 years of age to use the Services. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, upon receipt of notice from the child or the child’s parent or guardian, we will use reasonable efforts to delete that child’s Personal Information from our systems. 

8. INFORMATION SECURITY
We utilize a number of information security measures to safeguard your Personal Information. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the air or over the Internet, and no method of data storage can be guaranteed to be secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we do not guarantee or warrant its security. 

9. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
A California resident who has provided Personal Information to a business with whom she or he has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (“California Customer”) is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed her or his Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. However, under the law, a business is not required to provide the above-described lists if the business adopts and discloses to the public (in its privacy policy) a policy of not disclosing customer’s Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Currently, we do not share your Personal Information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. California Customers may request further information about our compliance with California’s privacy law by e-mailing support@Logic54.com or contacting us as stated below. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer per year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through this e-mail address. 

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Logic54 may modify or update this Privacy Policy periodically with or without prior notice by posting an updated policy on the Service. Your continued use of the Service
following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your consent to the contents of such policy. If you do not agree to future changes to this Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Service after the effective date of such changes. Please note that upon leaving the Service, any Privacy Policy in effect immediately prior to your leaving will continue to apply to you and any information you provided prior to your departure.
